Boiler Specialist

Job Description:

• • Operate natural gas and biomass boilers within defined safe operating limits
• • Maintain stable and continuous steam supply
• • Monitor pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption
• • Adjust boiler output based on production demand
• • Maintain accurate records of boiler parameters, steam production, and fuel usage
• • Ensure data is audit-ready
• • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• • Support shutdown and statutory inspections
• • Supervise contractors
• • Comply with WSH, PPE, LOTO, PTW requirements
• • Participate in audits, SOR, and incident reporting
• • Maintain safe boiler house conditions
• • Maintain accurate records of boiler parameters, steam production, and fuel usage
• • Ensure data is audit-ready
• • Respond to load fluctuations and pressure issues
• • Coordinate with production teams

Job Requirements:

• ·       Holders of Diploma with minimum 5 years in food processes or related industry
• ·       Possess a valid steam engineer certified grade 1 or 2 is a must
• ·       At least 5 years handling Natural Gas Steam Boiler
• ·       Experience in handling Biomass Boiler is an advantage
• ·       Holding a valid forklift driving license is an advantage
