Bored Pile Cage Machine Operator / Steel Reinforcement Production Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a committed and responsible Bored Pile Cage Machine Operator / Steel Reinforcement Production Operator to support our steel reinforcement fabrication and bored pile cage production operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring smooth fabrication processes, and maintaining production quality and safety standards within the manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate bored pile cage production machines and steel reinforcement fabrication equipment.
• Perform machine setup, adjustment, and operation for automatic cage welding and reinforcement processing machines.
• Read and follow production drawings, technical specifications, and machine operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure smooth workflow and timely production output.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the production area.

Job Requirements

• Experience in bored pile cage fabrication, reinforcement cage production, or steel reinforcement manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with automatic cage welding machines, CNC machines, or steel reinforcement processing equipment will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a manufacturing or construction-related production environment.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred as machine interfaces, technical manuals, and system settings are primarily in Chinese.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Candidates with Singapore construction, rebar, precast, or steel reinforcement industry experience will have an added advantage.
