Role Description

• Manage day-to-day craft beer production operations, including the operation of brewing equipment, centrifuge, and pasteurizer.

• Monitor and oversee fermentation processes to ensure product consistency and quality standards are met.

• Perform cellaring activities, including dry hopping, beer transfers, and tank management.

• Conduct cleaning and sanitization of tanks, pipelines, and brewing equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Carry out physical and chemical analysis to support quality assurance and process control.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, brewery protocols, and quality control measures.

• Assist in packaging operations, including kegging, canning, and bottling processes where required.

• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the brewery and production areas.

• Collaborate closely with the brewing team to optimize brewing recipes, production efficiency, and operational processes.

• Support inventory management and monitoring of brewing materials and production supplies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of brewing equipment operation, fermentation processes, and beer production techniques

• Experience in cellaring, cleaning, and maintaining brewing tanks and equipment

• Understanding of quality control practices and the ability to perform basic chemical and physical analysis in brewing

• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous experience in a brewing role or a related field is highly desirable

• A degree or certification in brewing or a relevant field would be an advantage
