Job Overview:

InstaChef is looking for a driven and hands-on Business Development Executive to support our business expansion across Singapore.

You will help grow InstaChef’s presence by identifying strategic locations, building partnerships, negotiating with landlords and businessowners, and supporting the setup of our smart vending solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, partnerships, business development, F&B, retail, or startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure high-traffic locations for vending machine placements.
  • Build relationships with landlords, property managers, and venue owners.
  • Support negotiations for rental and placement agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for machine setup and activation.
  • Monitor location performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support business partnerships and expansion initiatives.
  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, partnerships, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with on-site visits and partner engagement.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing business network in Singapore is an advantage.
