Buyer (Semiconductor Industry / East Area / 1 Year Contract ( Renewable)

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of spare parts, components, and production materials to support daily business operations.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved pricing, supplier agreements, and lead times.

• Coordinate with suppliers by providing the latest engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) where required.

• Track supplier deliveries and maintain accurate order schedules in SAP.

• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability for production.

• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure procurement accuracy.

• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules, quality issues, and technical requirements.

• Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Perform daily procurement activities using SAP and Teamcenter.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience.

• Hands-on experience with SAP is required.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or semiconductor environment is an advantage.
