We arelooking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machinist with hands-on experience inCNC milling machine operation, machine setup, and precision machining. Theideal candidate should have experience operating FANUC ROBODRILL CNC millingmachines and possess a strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivityin a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

📍Location: Admiralty / Woodlands MRT

⏰ WorkingHours

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities :

·       Operateand set up FANUC ROBODRILL 3-axis CNC milling machines according to joborders and production requirements.

·       Setup tooling, fixtures and materials for production.

·       Executeproduction runs to meet quality, productivity and delivery targets.

·       Interpretengineering drawings and machine precision components to customerspecifications.

·       Performbasic CNC program editing and machine adjustments when required.

·       Carryout routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

·       Inspectfinished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers,micrometers and gauges) to ensure compliance with quality standards.

·       Maintain5S workplace standards and ensure machines and work areas are clean and wellorganised.

·       Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.

Job Requirements :

·      NITEC / Higher NITEC, Certificate, Diploma orequivalent in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

·      At least 3 years of hands-on CNC millingexperience. Experience with FANUC ROBODRILL 3-axis CNC milling machinesis preferred.

·      Able to read and interpret engineering drawingsand use precision measuring instruments.

·       Ableto perform CNC machine setup independently

·      Familiarity with MasterCAM or similar CNCprogramming software will be an advantage.

·      Responsible, positive, hands-on, and able towork well independently as well as in a team.

·      Willing to work overtime when required tosupport production needs.
