Document Controller (Contract - Renewable) #JTL

• Manage and maintain engineering/project documents, drawings, and reports
• Control document submissions, revisions, and version tracking
• Ensure proper filing and document numbering according to company procedures
• Distribute drawings and documents to engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Track incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain document registers and transmittal records
• Ensure all documents are updated and easily retrievable
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents
• Archive completed project documents systematically
• Support compliance with ISO or quality management procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level & Above with min 5-8 years of relevant working experience
