Job Summary

This dual-role Engineer cum Planner manages engineering design, production execution, and project scheduling to optimize resources and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules, milestones, and baselines to ensure timely delivery
• Review technical drawings to verify design accuracy and support production requirements
• Manage procurement of materials to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Provide engineering support during production to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials allocation to maximize productivity and operational efficiency
• Develop detailed project timelines that align production activities with safety, quality, and budgetary requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning, manufacturing, or technical engineering roles

• Problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges
