🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant facilities and utility systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC-controlled equipment.
Support automation system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
Diagnose PLC faults and electrical control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor and maintain critical utility systems, including:HVACChillersAir CompressorsBoilersCooling TowersWater Treatment SystemsElectrical Distribution Systems
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on maintenance activities and facility improvement projects.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, SOPs, and equipment records.
Participate in equipment commissioning, FAT/SAT, and project implementation.
✅ Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC and Mitsubishi PLC troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
Experience working in manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics, or industrial plant environments.
Familiarity with CMMS, preventive maintenance systems, and root cause analysis is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
