Job Title: Facility Assistant Engineer

Location: Joo Koon

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 7.50am to 4.55 pm

Basic Salary: Up to $3000-$3500

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime.
• Follow the ISO 45001 management system of Occupational Health and Safety.
• Upkeep the ISO 9001 and 14001 management system documentation.
• Coordinate and perform routine, preventive maintenance activities on existing system / equipment and respond to any faults.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants as necessary to solve equipment problems.
• Schedule all repairs on equipment ensuring proper testing, calibration, preventive maintenance is performed while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Manage work order requests, developing time estimates, and ensuring timely completion.
• Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out.

Requirements

• Relevant technical diploma from recognized institutions.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office application.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
