Job Description - FACTORY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations at our meat processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant production while leading our factory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end production operations, including planning, output quality, and workflow efficiency
  • Manage and supervise factory staff, including team leaders and production workers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Monitor inventory, raw materials, and equipment maintenance
  • Implement and enforce SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control measures
  • Coordinate with procurement, HR, and management on staffing, resources, and production targets
  • Identify and address operational issues, bottlenecks, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a factory/production management role, preferably in food or meat processing
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with cold chain/frozen food operations is a plus
