Finance and Investment Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct investment analysis, due diligence, and feasibility studies for potential projects;
2. Build and review financial models and investment structures;
3. Monitor investment execution, post-investment management, and exit strategies;
4. Liaise with external parties such as investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms;
5. Participate in fundraising, M&A, or listing-related projects when applicable;
6. Provide professional investment insights and decision support to management.
7. Familiar with listed company regulations and compliance requirements, and able to support regulatory filings and disclosure obligations.
8. Prepare and manage consolidated financial statements for the Group in accordance with accounting standards.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
2. Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, listed companies, or major financial institutions;
3. Strong financial analysis and investment evaluation skills;
4. Legal knowledge is a plus (e.g. company law, securities law);
5. Strong analytical thinking, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
6. Strong knowledge of listed company regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
7. Must be able to independently handle group consolidated financial statements.
8. Familiar with investment analysis, budgeting, and treasury management.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
10. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
11. Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing strong communication and coordination skills.
