Responsible for daily food production operation in central kitchen, including ingredient processing, cookingassembly line, portioning and packaging according to standard recipes and SOP.
Monitor and operate food production equipment, ensure normal running, perform simple adjustment and dailycleaning and maintenance.
Conduct basic quality check of raw materials and finished products, ensure food safety and hygiene standardsare strictly followed.
Maintain production area cleanliness, comply with HACCP, hygiene and safety regulations.
Assist production supervisor to record production data, inventory check and ensure production efficiency.
Follow production schedule, ensure on-time completion of daily production target.
Job Requirements
Possess relevant experience in food production /central kitchen / food manufacturing,
Previous experience as Food Processing Worker/ Production Operator is acceptable.
Able to work in shift, early morning or overtime as reguired by production needs.
Meticulous, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
