HVAC Sales Engineer - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new project opportunities through customer engagement and requirement analysis
• Generate new business leads through networking, site visits, outreach activities, and cold calling
• Promote company products and solutions to increase market awareness and build a strong sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support continued engagement and customer satisfaction
• Support execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive consistent growth
• Prepare proposals and participate in negotiations to secure contracts and business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order intake, and key business indicators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Candidates with HVAC service engineering or similar technical backgrounds who are open to transitioning into a sales role are encouraged to apply
• Hardworking, positive attitude, and strong self-driven mindset
