Role Summary: 

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintaining robust master data management solutions to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• System implementation & maintenance: Design, configure and maintain Master Data Management solutions in the organizational data governance policies. Perform regular system updates, patches and performance tuning to optimize MDM performance. 

• Data Governance & quality: Monitor and improve data quality metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. 

• Development & Integration: Integrate machine and equipment applications for data collection and status monitoring to establish a robust system for management and adjustment. 

• Cross Function collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database tools adhere to standard and meet goals. 

• Continuous Improvement: Drive the implementation of processes towards achieving 100% automation and 0% deviation escape goals in the 12-inch Fab. 

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:   

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or a related field. 

• Minimum 1 year related experience in Master Data Management background 

• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology. 

• Knowledge of SPC, FDC, CIM, Full Automation, and Quality Management. 

• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, or Python. 

• Proficiency in CIM systems.
