Lab Quality Control Executive

Job Description:-

•  Perform routine in-house laboratory testing according to SOP.
• Conduct testing for raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods.
• Record and update test results accurately.
• Report any failed or abnormal test results to QC Executive / Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the QC laboratory.
• Ensure lab equipment is properly used, cleaned and maintained.
• Assist in sample collection and retention.
• Support food safety, GMP and quality requirements.
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager/ Supervisor .

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field preferred.
• Min. 2 year of experience in QC within the food manufacturing & food processing .
• Proactive & detailed at work.
• Responsible & committed during work activities.
• Able to multi-task and work as a team.
• Must be willing to work OT whenever needed
• Must be flexible to change working hours if needed
• Must be able to work night shift
