Laundry Factory Operations Supervisor / Manager

We are looking for the right leader to fulfill a challenging but rewarding role. This role will be in the driving role to deliver the high level of standards and quality that our customers deserve!

Job Description

• Fully accountable for entire end-to-end factory operations from the moment the garments reach the factory to departure.
• Managing, mentoring, guiding and motivating an average of 20 laundry operators of diverse backgrounds.
• Set standards for all staff and manage their growth and development to achieve the optimal productivity.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure all equipment are serviceable at all times.
• Overseeing the quality of all garments prior to final packing and ready for delivery.
• Work closely with customer service team to resolve customer and quality issues.
• Ensuring standards and procedures comply with company and safety requirements.
• Constantly review policies, SOPs and standards and recommend improvements to achieved desired business and quality outcome.
• Work closely with the General Manager to manage cost while not compromising on productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in English in both verbal and written communication
• Diploma or relevant qualification.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Possess a process-driven and systematic mindset.
• Customer-orientation.

Prior laundry experience will be an advantage but not necessary. We are looking for a hands-on leader on the ground with a process-driven mindset.

Training will be provided to impart relevant skills and knowledge.
