MACHINE OPERATOR

Responsibilities :

• Carry out first-piece inspection on cutting/ machining process and marks 'FC' on the unit that passes inspection.
• Report to Shop Superintendent if first-piece inspection fails.
• Record inspection result on Works Sheet.
• Label 'QC Rejected' on the unit that fails first-piece inspection.
• Work in a safe manner and according to safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee the works of machine operators/ machinists (for Section Leader only).
• To ensure that ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & AS 9100 standard and procedure are carried out accordingly

Competency/ Requirement :

• Secondary School Education/N level / O level
• Able to work with people of all level
• Able to understand simple English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as team player
