MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities

1.       To ensure the machine is operating at maximum efficiency, minimum spoilage and producing products that conform to best quality standards.

2.       To apply the 5S concept at working place.

3.      To follow the company standard operating procedures and any relevant safety policy and guidance.

4.      Learn the machine basic operating manual and follow the instructions.

5.      Supports to other departments when necessary.

6.       Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

1.      Primary / Secondary qualification or any equivalent.

2.      Minimum 1 year of work experience.

3.      Able to work additional hours when required.

4.       Able to start work on short notice.

5.       Able to work in shifts.

6.       Able to work at noisy, warm and solvent vapour environment.

7.       Able to handle/load/lift the pail, printed sheet, metal components and others.

8.       Safety awareness, well self discipline, hard working and etc.
