Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer
• Position Title: Machine Operator (Maintenance & Production)
• Working Location: West – Boon Lay (Nearby Jurong Shipyard)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat: 8 AM - 12 PM)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + OT + Travel Allowance + AWS + Performance bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow job orders
• Determine the required quantity to meet daily output
• Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, checking etc.
• Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintenance in good and safe working conditions
• Control and run the machine to the fullest extent
• Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues
• Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control
• Provide detailed reports and logs on the work done daily
• Keep up with safety requirements and maintain a safe work setting at all times
• Propose improvements to the process or machines as needed
• Report safety hazards within the work environment
• Debagging activities and pack products in 25kg HL and jumbo bags

• Min. N Level
• Min. 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry or relevant field
• Able to do repetitive tasks; detail-oriented; understanding of industry and safety standards
• Possess basic knowledge of PC, general maintenance, and repair tasks
• Comfortable to work OT
• On-Job training provided
