UCT is looking for a talented Manager, Regional Sales to join us in Singapore! The Manager, Regional Sales, is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations. He/she will be responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and collaborate with ENG and OPS to grow market share in Southeast Asia
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the Southeast Asia market
Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet set targets and KPI
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Maintain good working relationship with ENG and OPS team to win together
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Educational/Certification Requirement:
BA/BS degree or equivalent; MS/MBA degree will be a plus
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
10+ years., in which 5+ years in sales related positions
Experience of working in suppliers of semiconductor fabs is a plus.
