Job Summary

Join our production team and play an important role in the surface finishing of industrial components. You will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, operating production equipment, carrying out basic quality checks, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. We welcome candidates who are hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn in a manufacturing setting. No prior electroplating experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment under supervision to support production goals
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and rinsing parts to ensure quality finishing
• Load and unload parts onto plating jigs or barrels accurately and safely
• Conduct basic quality checks to verify that finished parts meet specifications
• Follow safety procedures including correct use of PPE and safe equipment handling
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area to support safety and efficiency
• Assist in production, packing, and handling of parts to meet operational needs
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned by supervisor to support workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a factory environment involving electroplating processes
• Availability to start work on short notice or immediately
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn in a manufacturing setting

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime Pay: 1.5x Basic Salary
