MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Overall Description of Job:

To assemble, test, troubleshoot, commission, and deliver customized factory automation machines & equipment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

* Assemble automated machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions;

* Install and route pneumatic tubing for cylinders, valves, and related pneumatic systems;

* Perform machine alignment, setup, calibration, and fine-tuning to achieve required operating standards;

* Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues during machine assembly, testing, and commissioning.

* Support & work closely with mechanical design engineers and software engineers to resolve technical issues.

* Able to perform & complete assigned work tasks independently & with minimum supervision

* Willing to travel overseas for installation, commissioning, or customer support assignments.

* Adhere to company quality standards and ISO 9001 procedures.

Other:

*Class 3 driving licence is an additional advantage.
