MOLD MAKERS (Up to $3200 / Woodlands )

Job Title: MOLD MAKERS (ID4138)
Location: : Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.15am- 5.10pm, Alternate Sat 8.15am-12.45pm
Salary: $2600-$3200

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the repairing and servicing of molds, modification on tooling and its defects, operating conventional machines, fabricating inserts per blue print tolerances, bench fitting and correction repairs of new tools.
• Interpret engineering drawings
• Assemble, dismantle and fabricate new plastics molds
• Perform milling, grinding and turning of mold inserts
• Troubleshoot molding problems and perform mold repairs when needed
• Inspect all mold components and work pieces
• Implement improvement plans for new mold-making
