[Night Shift] Woodland - Engineering Specialist - Test Process (Semiconductor)

Work 3 Days → Off 2 Days

Work 2 Days → Off 3 Days (3-2-2-3 pattern)

Shift Timing: (Break time: 45 minutes meal break (unpaid) and a 30-minute rest break (paid))

Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM

Shift Allowance

Night Shift: SGD 20 per shift

Job Scope:

• Support backend assembly/test processes by monitoring yield, test time, scrap, and key process indicators.
• Perform root cause analysis, failure analysis, and drive process improvement.
• Support test process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Work closely with engineering, equipment, and automation teams on optimization and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing/process environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to process setup, process control, or failure analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, C/C++, or SQL is a plus.
