Kong Seng Huat Tyres, established in 2009, operates multiple outlets and a manufacturing facility for AdBlue Diesel exhaust fluid in Singapore.

Job Summary

You will oversee the AdBlue machine and workers, maintain workshop cleanliness, manage stock tracking, ensure accurate delivery receipt, and assist with AdBlue deliveries and customer investigations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the operation of the AdBlue machine and the performance of workers to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workshop environment at all times to support safety and efficiency
• Verify that all deliveries are signed for and received by the correct recipients to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Track and record stock levels monthly to maintain inventory accuracy and support supply management
• Assist in delivering AdBlue products and investigate customer issues related to AdBlue to resolve concerns effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• If you are holding a valid class 3 driving license to support delivery tasks and you will get extra benefits
• Maintain physical fitness to safely carry AdBlue bottles during handling and delivery
• Use computer systems proficiently and communicate effectively in English to perform administrative and coordination tasks

• Monday to Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
• Saturday: 8 am – 1 pm
