Operations Executive

The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The role includes coordinating operational activities, monitoring workflows, maintaining records, preparing reports, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Operations Executive also assists in resolving operational issues and contributes to process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

·         Must fulfil all the tasks assigned to you by the management and superior.

·         Oversee the day-today manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards

·         Develop and implement production schedules and take priority in scheduling and maintaining production activities to ensure timely delivery of products

·         Identify manufacturing problems, analyse root cause, and find solutions

·         Maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards

·         Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issue related to product quality

·         Participate in maintaining company’s assets using asset tracking system

·         Enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment and ensure compliance with local regulations

·         Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency

·         Discuss production updates and faults to management regularly

      Requirements:

§  Candidate preferably possesses at least a Diploma or its equivalent.   

§  Otherwise, experience rather than formal education can also

compensate and is a key requirement  

  Candidate must be able to commit to work on Alternate Saturdays.

§  Willing to work in the West
