Planning Executive

• Prepare & Release Production schedule (bi)weekly for manufacturing.
• Forecast and drive in-house FG inventory to meet SCM turn target.
• Analyse historical sales trend vs forecast on selling units and develop plans to maximize production capacity and resources.
• Manage recovery plans due to quality issue and unscheduled downtime.
• Prepare weekly operation report on the performance of production and highlight issues that may impact production schedule adherence, materials availability.
• Lead the weekly production build plan meeting to ensure material & capacity readiness.
• Oversee the production order creation process and timely release of orders.
• Develop standard work for production order creation.
• Work with cross functional team to support NPI machine loading in and end of life product phase out.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in Dynamic manufacturing planning environment
• Min Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Working knowledge of SAP B1 or related ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Experience in planning and forecasting of FG inventory.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multi-tasking and strong ownership.
• Systematic in problem solving approach.
• Experience in successful implementation of supply chain process improvement.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and inter-personal skills
