Job Description

• Supporting the sales team throughout the entire customer engagement cycle
• Conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical presentations
• Understanding customer workflows and recommending suitable technology solutions
• Preparing technical proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
• Delivering customer training and user familiarisation programmes
• Acting as a technical consultant for customers and business partners
• Supporting industry events, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars
• Collaborating with regional product, service, and commercial teams
• Providing market intelligence and customer feedback to internal stakeholders
• Assisting with customer onboarding and post-sales solution implementation when required

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused approach with a consultative mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
