Process Control System Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Control System Engineer to develop and support advanced process control, automation, and AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance manufacturing performance, productivity, and operational efficiency in a high-volume production environment.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have Strong programming proficiency in Python;
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases for data querying, analysis, and management;
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, process control systems, and engineering principles;
• Must have experience in workflow automation, data-driven solutions, and system integration;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills;
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams;

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to AI/ML model development and deployment;
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing;
• Knowledge of containerized services and production software maintenance;
• Semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing industry experience is preferred;

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced process control, automation, and AI/ML solutions to improve manufacturing performance and productivity;
• Design and integrate data collection systems, process control workflows, and engineering solutions using Python and SQL-based technologies;
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and operational dashboards to support manufacturing operations;
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control for reliable software deployment and maintenance;
• Analyze manufacturing data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making initiatives;
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and global teams to ensure scalable, integrated, and sustainable solutions across manufacturing sites.
