PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• Carry out process operation.
• To carry out plant area patrol to ensure orderliness during the shift.
• Regularly monitor the process, DCS, etc.
• Check and ensure that the documentation record is properly (to inform when any deviation or missing data, wrong data record, etc)
• Ensure that the entire operations are in compliance with quality, EHS, and SOP requirements.
• Carry out daily housekeeping and meets the 5S score >4.
• To ensure all the routine work is carried out as per instruction.
• To have a positive mindset of continuing to update himself by taking up internal or external training for further requirements.
• To participate in company activities (TPM, KYT, Near Miss and Kaizen, etc)

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least NITEC in chemical related courses.
• Independent and fast learner with positive attitude
• Must be able to perform 3 rotating shifts including weekend and public holidays
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or chemical process plant will be added advantage.
