Production Admin (Oil & Gas / Tuas)

Industry: Manufacturing – Oil & Gas Equipment

Working Hours: 5 days work week, 8.30am – 5.45pm

Location: Tuas (No company transport), transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate completed jobs collection and outgoing delivery to customers and suppliers
• Generate and print Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice and Bundle Details Note
• Send Arrival Notice notifications to Production, Supply Chain, Sales and Account departments
• Expedite packing list and D/O acknowledgment; verify and process D/O receiving entries into system
• Follow up with logistics/forwarders on pending collections and incoming deliveries, liaising on customs clearance
• Work with Finance on invoice tracking, monthly reporting and tax exemption documentation
• Raise Purchase Orders for direct materials (Screen division) and indirect materials (crating, consumables, calibration, etc.) across both divisions
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers/sub-contractors based on capability, competency and pricing
• Monitor supplier delivery and ensure PO/D-O compliance for goods receipt and accounts matching
• Arrange and coordinate daily truck transportation and driver schedules
• Handle general administrative duties, including courier arrangements, visitor/supplier reception, and incoming call transfers
• Support company-wide initiatives such as Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing and 5S

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred
