PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will work closely with the Manager to perform production activities at various stages, provide technical assistance to ensure efficient operations, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks such as cutting and handling raw materials to meet production targets and quality standards
• Test and quality check finished products to ensure compliance with company standards before stocking
• Assist with stock taking to maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting of equipment to identify mechanical or material issues and report findings to the Manager
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness regularly to comply with safety and environmental regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions within production workflows
• Comply with company attendance and punctuality standards to ensure reliable operations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks and maintain smooth production operations
