PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Assist in the preparation, processing, and packaging of food products in accordance with production schedules.

Operate and monitor production equipment under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.

Prepare raw materials and ingredients for production.

Pack, label, and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace safety requirements.

Conduct basic quality checks and report any product defects or equipment issues.

Assist with inventory counting and stock movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Support loading, unloading, and storage of materials and products.

Perform other production and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
