Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and external plating vendors to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery
• Plan and schedule production activities, subcontractor plating work, and internal plating operations to optimise machine and manpower utilisation
• Prepare and update open orders reports for weekly operations meetings
• Issue and monitor work orders, ensuring production schedules are met and delivery timelines are not compromised
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely issuance and replenishment of raw materials according to production requirements
• Monitor and maintain agreed safety stock levels
• Ensure all work orders are properly completed and closed, including reporting of outstanding work orders
• Support operational coordination and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Provide backup support for team members during long leave periods

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in production planning, operations coordination, manufacturing planning, or related functions
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and stakeholders
• Willing to occasionally adjust working hours to support urgent operational requirements or deadlines
