Job Summary

Lead planning and execution for Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, and Inventory Management, to improve production machines loading plan, service levels, and operational cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production machine loading plans to maintain machines utilization.
• Prepare and release daily production job sheets to meet delivery timelines.
• Lead demand forecasting and apply statistical analysis to align production and production scheduling plans
• Support cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain responsiveness and reduce operational costs
• Implement and continuously improve production productivity management best practices and tools to drive efficiency.
• Liaise with supply chain team to align production schedules with shipment requirements.
• collaborate with Sales, customers solution & SCM to review forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Review and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly job sheets to ensure production targets are met and variances are addressed.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and forecast accuracy for management review.
• Track and manage Finished goods (FHs) and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, inventory management, or logistics. On The Jobs (OJT) will be provided.
• Proven ability to improve production scheduling, planning, inventory accuracy, turns, and service levels.
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems such as D365BC preferred
• Willingness to pick up and improve communication skills set, and teams work.
