Job Summary

The Production Supervisor supports the Production Manager by leading teams to meet daily production, quality, and delivery goals. This role ensures efficient, safe operations and compliance with company standards through effective execution and monitoring of production plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement production work orders and plans to meet operational requirements and deadlines
• Ensure products consistently meet customer quality specifications through monitoring and control
• Monitor production processes and report deviations or changes promptly to management
• Perform machine and mold setup following established procedures and molding data sheets
• Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and organized work environment
• Control scrap levels and optimize production efficiency to achieve target outputs
• Ensure timely closure of work orders to maintain production flow and reporting accuracy
• Supervise packing and packaging activities to meet quality and delivery standards
• Support troubleshooting efforts for quality, production, and tooling issues to minimize downtime
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance skills and operational performance
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvements

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic injection molding knowledge to support production and troubleshooting activities
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience to effectively lead production operations
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel for production reporting and data tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 standards to support quality management and compliance
• Diploma or NTC 2 in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline as academic background
