Production Supervisor

You would oversee daily operations, leading teams to meet production targets by ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety, involving tasks like scheduling, training staff, troubleshooting issues, monitoring metrics, and enforcing safety protocols, ultimately bridging management goals with floor-level execution for smooth, productive output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workflow, coordinate teams, optimize processes, and ensure output meets specifications and deadlines.
• Supervise and train, evaluate production staff; handle scheduling, performance feedback, and discipline.
• Maintain product quality standards, troubleshoot defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement improvements using lean principles to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material needs with other departments.
• Track and report production metrics, performance, and issues to management.
