Production Supervisor (Contract to Perm)/Woodlands/$4500

🔧 Job Scope:

• Oversee daily production operations and support Production Manager
• Plan manpower and workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
• Prepare duty roster and ensure smooth shift operations
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Support new production setup/projects and cost-saving initiatives

✅ Requirements:

• Production/operations experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of 5S is an added advantage
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Singaporeans only

⏰ Working Hours (Rotating Shift – changes every 4 months):

• 1st Shift: 6:50am – 3:05pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:50pm – 11:05pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:50pm – 7:05am
