Production Supervisor (MNC, 5 Days, $5.5k)

Salary: $5,000 to $5,500
Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5pm)
Work Location: Tuas (company transport provided)

Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure output, quality, productivityand cost objectives are met.
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational issues and resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Support new product introduction and production implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and manufacturing standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems and production management
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to develop SOPs and prepare production reports
• Good understanding of workplace safety requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
