Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Maintaining safety, quality and production standards is a must
• Ability to lead a group of 20 or more personnel (Full time and temporary employees)
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Monitor team performance and reports
• Motivate team members
• Oversee, sustain, and develop operations in the training room
• Resolve any issues or conflicts
• Must be willing to work in a fast paced, dispatch driven environment
• Must adhere to company policies
• Must be able to adapt and adhere to company changes and needs

Requirements and skills

• Must be willing to stay in the Lead position for a minimum of 3 years
• Must have experience building 80% of flow and flex panels
• Must be professional at all times
• Experience being a verifier
• Experience being an inspector
• Experience being a tester is a plus but not necessary
• Semi proficient PC skills, especially Outlook, MS Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication and leadership skills (English)(Bilingual is a plus)
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Ability to learn Syteline to assist in daily required tasks
