Requirement
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering
Good business acumen and strong track record in sales, marketing and business development
Good communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse background
Good team player with strong leadership quality and able to manage cross-functional teams
3-5 years relevant working experience in sales/marketing/business development/engineering/project management, preferably in the contract manufacturing industry.
Preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
Strong in customer account management
Duties
Serving, sustaining and growing business from new/existing customers
Ensuring the yearly sales target/revenue set for Strategic Business Units are met
Reviewing projects and assessing if the projects are to the company’s competency and business objective
Providing leadership, direction and motivation towards the development of team members, through clear strategies, policies and process implementation
Monitoring Profit & Loss performance of each project
Lead and collaborate RFQ process, sales order fulfilment, engineering change control management, cost reduction initiatives and on time deliveries performance.
