Project Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Monitor project progress and ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and performance standards.
• Prepare and generate project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and escalating risks when necessary.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

·        Communicate with strong interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and high-spirit nature
·        Good follow up and co-ordination skills
·        Resourceful, flexible and adaptable in a fast pace environment
·        Highly self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, good working attitude and team player
·        Fresh Graduates are welcome
·        Diploma or degree of any disciplines
·        Proficient in MS office applications (words, excel, power point)
