Job Scope:

• Oversee all procurement-related paperwork, encompassing Packing lists, Certificate of Analysis, Purchase Orders, Bill of Lading, Surveyor Report, and pertinent documents.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline the processing of invoices and related paperwork.
• Offer assistance in Quality Assurance activities, including managing Certificate of Analysis (CoA), product specifications, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and other quality-related documents.
• Support purchasing administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the supervisor, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement and documentation procedures.
