QA Inspector (Cleanroom)

.Job Summary

Support quality assurance and control processes by inspecting assemblies, performing functional tests, managing quality records, and maintaining cleanroom standards to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/QC Technician in executing quality assurance and control activities to maintain product standards
• Conduct in-process and outgoing assembly inspections within a cleanroom environment to ensure compliance with specifications
• Perform functional tests according to customer drawings to verify product performance
• Identify and segregate non-conforming parts before reporting issues to supervisors for timely resolution
• Maintain and update accurate inspection and quality records in the system for traceability
• Issue Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) in the system and communicate findings to production teams
• Assist in verifying customer rejections to support corrective actions and quality improvements
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or delegated to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in quality assurance or quality control environments
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematic diagrams to support inspection tasks
• Experience working with electrical/electronic products to understand product requirements
• Proficient in handling common QC measuring instruments and equipment for accurate inspections
• Basic computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Excel for data recording and reporting
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough quality checks and accurate documentation
