QA / QC Executive / Laboratory Supervisor

Hiring QA / QC Executive / Laboratory Supervisor for manufacturing, quality assurance and laboratory quality roles.

Responsibilities:

• Support QA / QC activities to ensure products meet quality, safety and compliance requirements.
• Review quality records, test results, inspection reports and production documentation.
• Monitor quality performance and follow up on quality issues, non-conformance and improvement actions.
• Assist in handling customer complaints, investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Support internal audits, external audits and quality management system implementation.
• Maintain SOPs, quality documents, reports, compliance records and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with production, laboratory, warehouse, engineering and other departments on quality matters.
• Supervise or guide junior staff on laboratory / quality activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, ISO, GMP or regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Quality Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in QA / QC / quality assurance / quality control / laboratory supervision will be an advantage.
• Candidates from manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, polymer or industrial environment are welcome.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, SOP, audit, CAPA, NCR, customer complaint handling or quality documentation will be an advantage.
• Good documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for senior / supervisor roles.
