QC Inspector

Job Description

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products
• Operate measuring instrument (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Pin Gauge) to verify dimensions meet specified tolerances
• Prepare and maintain QC reports
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• GCE N/O, NTC level or Form 5
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and symbols
• Experience in operating and programming CMM equipment for dimensional measurements and inspection analysis is an advantage
• Able to communicate simple English, work independently and  in a team
• 5.5 days’ work week:
  Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5:50pm;
  Saturdays: 8am to 12 noon
• Willingness to work overtime
• Availability for 2 months rotating day/night shift with shift allowance
