QC Inspector (IPQC)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and bulk product quality inspections.
• Ensure proper line clearance to prevent mixed-up and conduct line start-up checks before starting any manufacturing operations.
• Conduct product sampling and testing per the QC sampling plan.
• Record inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify and inform the supervisor of out-of-specification results.
• Collect and upkeep retention samples (incoming materials and bulk products).
• Conduct in-house calibration and simple maintenance of testing equipment.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O", SPM, or NITEC education level.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in nutritional, personal care, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/etc).
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
