Job Description

• Position Title: QC Lab Technician (Night shift)
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.00pm – 8.00am)
• Salary Package: Basic + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic in-house lab testing according to SOP.
• Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Record and update test results accurately.
• Report failed or unusual results to the QC Executive / Supervisor.
• Keep the QC laboratory clean and organised.
• Use, clean, and maintain lab equipment properly.
• Assist with sample collection and sample retention.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments assigned by Superior.

• Min 2 years of QC or laboratory experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in sensory evaluation and laboratory testing will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems.
• ISO 22000 and Food Safety Level 1 & 3 certification will be an advantage.
