QC Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming finished goods and raw materials against specifications
• Provide support to trouble shoot products with quality issues
• Communicate with production operators, and provide instructions with guidance from QC Team Lead for products adjustments when required
• Maintain records of incoming & outgoing inspection,
• Perform routine internal calibration of lab equipment
• Housekeeping of the laboratory
• Assist and support other quality related activities.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Chemical or equivalent
• Basic computer skills/proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge or experience in operating the AAS, ICP, IC, HPLC, XRF or CVS is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 a plus.
• Knowledge in the use of WinLIMS and Compliant Pro is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime if required
• Work on any projects assigned
• Responsible, meticulous and strong team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment
